The Mission

The mission of the Yale Orthopaedic Association (“YOA”) is to foster and support an actively engaged alumni community of the graduates of the Yale Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program. The organization seeks to continue the traditions of the program and to maintain the shared history and values of its diverse membership, accomplishing this through regular social and educational gatherings, facilitation of networking opportunities, and continuation of devoted service to the residency program itself.
